How is my rug cleaned? 

After we do our visual inspection and explain the cleaning results, your rug gets vibrated to loosen and remove all the dry hidden dirt from your rug. Then your rug is tested for color bleed and shrinkage. The results of these tests determine the cleaning method. We have every method from complete submersion to completely dry. Your rugs are cleaned one at a time, not in a machine with other rugs. This insures that your rugs do not get contaminated by someone else's dirty rug. Your rug is rinsed thoroughly so no soap residue remains. After it is air dried, your rug gets dry-cleaned to bring out the sheen.
